The Vault Introduction

The vault is for any individual who wants to stay up to date with the constantly evolving curriculum.

In recent years crime levels have spiked. The brutality of criminals, drug addicts looking for their next fix, gangs with no boundaries, the random and unsophisticated nature of terrorism. With heightened media coverage people now know just how much evil there is out there. They have always been there but most live in a bubble.

If you have found yourself here means you are looking for skills to keep yourself, friends &family safe. Now, this isn't about being a hero or being paranoid. In fact better skills allow you to become calmer and more aware. After all why learn to swim? Are you nervously expecting a flood at any minute? No, but we recognise that this is a useful skill to have. Exactly the same for self defence.

I spent 11 years in the Royal marines and have been training since a young age. This incudes Karate, Boxing, kickboxing, Muay Thai, Krav Maga Kapap and now MMA and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.

I do not not believe in a one size fits all approach. Integrated Combatives is always evolving to provide the most efficient options possible.
